Hilco Real Estate, a unit of Hilco Global, recently contact OOT Box Media to capture this HUGE piece of property going up for sale in Girard, IL. Headquartered in Chicago, Hilco Global is a leading international financial services company that has completed billions of dollars of transactions around the world.
Hilco knew that to get the most out of this 35 acre property it was going to require some aerial drone pictures and video to really show it off. With having a licensed drone pilot on staff and years of experience in photography & videography, Hilco knew they could trust us to put together exactly the content they needed to help sell this 58,900sf Senior Living Facility.
In this video we use a mix of aerial drone video and interior photos to create a perfect preview of the property. By mixing the two medias it allows us to show the best of both the interior and exterior. We also utilize animated text titles to highlight some of the key points -- did you know that approximately 85% of videos are watched without sound on Facebook?! -- This is exactly why it is important to work in captions or text highlights whenever you can!
