Last minute, our friends at Rail Splitter CrossFit in Springfield, IL asked us if we could make it in to grab some footage and produce a short social media video of the Springfield Fire Department Firefighters Complete CrossFit Games Workout 18.3. Now these are our first responders and the people that help save lives, so we knew we needed to drop what we were doing and get over there. We did not have time to get "fully prepared", but we were able to make it there, get some good footage and produce this short promo video of the event.
